Specific services include analytics to uncover and realize new revenue and cost savings; information management to track and measure key strategic business metrics not available otherwise, and information strategy to identify ways of using information to increase competitive advantage and to improve underlying information architecture for sustained, cost-effective delivery of higher quality information throughout the enterprise.  Position: Associate  We are looking for Associates with 1-3 years of experience (people with no consulting or analytics experience can also be considered) to work in our Information and Analytics Consulting practice in Mumbai.   Associates will work as an integral part of business analytics teams in India alongside consultants in the U.S., performing high-end analysis and providing business recommendations to project teams.   Education: B.Tech./B.E./Master's Degree/M.Phil./MBA from reputed institute(s)  Requirements:   Successful candidates will have demonstrated the following skills and characteristics:  - Strong aptitude along with good academic and/or professional background  - Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)  - Team focus and an ability to engage well with international clients  - Knowledge of statistical data analysis software like SAS/SPSS (desirable but NOT required)  - Prior experience of having worked in survey designing / analysis is preferable  - Knowledge of Conjoint Analysis with related software experience (desirable but NOT required)  - Knowledge of survey designing software like Sawtooth (desirable but NOT required)  Roles and Responsibilities:  - Manipulate large data sets; apply basic statistical techniques to understand data, including measures of central tendency and dispersion, ANOVA and hypotheses testing; regression and correlation analysis  - Survey designing and analysis of survey data for clients  - Execute on project and analysis plans under the guidance of Project Manager.   - Interact with consultants/clients in US to formalize data sources, understand data, acquire relevant business knowledge  - Validate analysis & process with consultants/clients in US  - Conduct analysis and develop recommendations  - Write individual sections/slides for client presentations  - Contribute to knowledge and firm building activities  What we offer:  - Diamond works with an impressive array of leading companies that are strategically dependent on information and technology.
