The Corporate Finance and Investment Banking Division of PwC strives to provide best-in-class advice and execution excellence on complex transactions across mergers and acquisitions and financing (including Private equity transactions).   The role of an Associate/Assistant Manager is to work within CFIB along with senior management team so as to provide its clients with advice and services in the areas of Mergers & acquisitions, financings and generic strategic advice. Candidate shall be based out of Bangalore and IB experience in Infrastructure is a must.   Job Responsibilities:   Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:   - Analyzing and preparing industry, market or specific company overviews   - Researching and analyzing specific company financial information and fundamentals   - Creation, maintenance, and analysis of basic and advanced financial models to build a valuation perspective   - Assisting in forming the appropriate structure of a deal  Preferred Qualifications :   - MBA or CA/CA with an MBA shall be an added advantage   - Minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure financing/M&A deals   - Strong communication and interpersonal skills  - ability to work with teams across the world as an integrated team member   - Strong interest and aptitude for finance and valuation principles   - Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office products, tools and utilities for business use   - Ability and dedication to meet strict and aggressive deadlines   - Analytical mindset with an eye for details
