Essential Job Responsibilities :   - Audit of Ad sales team skill-sets and Organogram;  - Ideal Organization Design of the Ad sales teams across the country;  - Recommendations on specific skill-sets / individuals that need to be inducted into the Ad Sales organization and hiring of the same;  - Audit of Media Tools, Data and MIS used to prepare client proposals;  - Recommendations on upgrade of the above;  - Specific Training workshops for the team on Presentation skills, Case study preparation, Success measurement, Cross-Media analysis, Pricing etc. (final list of topics to be determined at conclusion of item 1 of this phase);  - Preparation of fundamentally new Go-To-Market strategies involving;  - Pay per Eyeball;  - Pay per Audience Segmentation;  - Tools and data points involved in order to be able to deliver the above;  - Preparation of Specific strategies for Cinema-averse clients, and closure of deals;
