Purus Capital Advisors - Associate/Senior Associate - Execution - Investment Banking (2-5 yrs)
Purus Capital Advisors (www.purus.in) is looking for Associates / Sr. Associates - Execution (Investment Banking) for its office at Mumbai.
The firm helps Corporate and Private Equity clients in M&A, fundraising, financial advisory, research and investor relations services. The firm has a successful track record of serving clients and a team of strong professionals with a wide variety of experience and expertise in advising large, as well as small, clients on complex strategic decisions and transactions.
Job Description :
- Participate in end-to-end execution of M&A/Fund Raising transactions
- Working on end to end client pitches and live mandates
- Developing generic and specific company, industry and market overviews
- Research and analysis on specific company financial information and fundamentals
- Preparation of collateral including teasers, information memorandum and financial models including CMA
- Preparation of Valuation Models using DCF, Transaction Multiples and other methodologies
- Working/ coordination with various agencies during the entire deal lifecycle
- Coordinate sector research and customized research projects
Desired Profile :
- Preferably a Chartered Accountant
- Strong Financial Acumen
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Detail oriented
- Investment Banking experience would be a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
