Purchase Manager - Ingradient category  Our leader client into Food & beverage is looking for a good & excellent candidate heaving deep knowledge in purchase Different Raw materials category as per current market developments, SAP, Vendor Development for the position of - .  Purchase Manager : Ingredients, flavors, food chemicals   Reporting to : GM Purchase,   Location : Andheri Mumbai  Experience : 10 to 12 yrs in the procurement of Raw Material,   In brief : Responsible for the procurement of Ingredients, flavors, food chemicals.   Vendor Management :   - Negotiation and procurement of entire ingredients, flavors & food Chemicals material based on the inputs given by the marketing department  - Coordinating with vendors for generating samples of new products, Development of Vendors for existing and new products, Periodical vendor Audit & Vendor Rating  - Obtaining comparable quotes and preparation of Purchase Order based on approved quotations.  - Interacting with Vendors for timely supply of materials & adherence to all Specifications  - Exploring new vendors and negotiating with them.  - Exploring new ideas and concepts for cost saving by means of outsourcing, optimized packing, reducing freight cost, etc.  - Monitoring and checking the purchase requisitions.   - Ensuring timely payments of the vendor  - Monitoring the costing of Ingredient Material   - Purchase management involving strategic sourcing and procurement, cost & supply management, Supplier life cycle management Development, Integrating operations with suppliers, Supplier performance evaluation and sharing feedback.  - Handle sourcing of Ingredient categories entire flavors & food chemicals pan India basis.   Pankaj 9212570411
