Job Profile:

- Responsible for developing vendors for various raw materials covering Carbon Black, Rubber Chemicals, Synthetic Rubber, Steel cord, Bead Wire etc

- Finalization of annual procurement models and quarterly buying plans

- Finalization of annual RM Budgets and monitoring budget vs. actual performance

- Market analysis, commodity trend analysis, cost modeling and forecasting

- Price Negotiations and finalization with vendors

- Planning and scheduling of raw materials

- Inventory control

- Vendor performance monitoring on Quality, Cost and Service

- Vendor development programs, Vendor audits and implementation of identified improvement programs with vendors

- Development and monitoring of purchase processes

- Monthly cash flow projections to accounts dept

- MIS Reports.
