Job description :

- Process Planning for new Component.

- Knowledge of tool selection and machining parameter required.

- Knowledge of Jig & Fixture- Concept design & manufacturing. Feasibility study-design GD &T analysis & machining time estimate.

- CNC programming- Siemens control.

- Component machining Process estimation on machine intermesh of Quality & Productivity.

- APQR & PPAP Documentation Knowledge As Per ISO 9001:2008.

Job specification :

- Customer Orientation.

- Believer of system and adherence to systems.

- Knowledge of SPC, Six Sigma, Quality Systems/ TPM/ Lean/CNC Programming / Process documentation as per ISO 9001:2008.

- Tooling & Fixturing, hands on in AUTOCAD. Team Player, Analytical Skills. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
