Key Responsibilities:

- Completely responsible for both primary and secondary sales

- Handling Franchisees, Key accounts and Distributors

- Train and update sales partners on the "Puma way of business"

- Product training to sales team, partners' team and others

- Sales reporting

- Ensure payments from customers as per credit terms

- Make partners Puma business viable and profitable. Ensure partners investment and interest in the Puma business

- Implement the marketing strategies and plans of the company at a regional level

- Make the Puma brand the most desirable Sports Lifestyle brand across all sales channels in the defined region / territory

- Manage the Puma sales team and also the team of the sales partner

- Budgeting & Forecasting

- Top-Line & Bottom-Line Responsibility
