1. Environment/ mechanical/ civil engineering graduate or Master in Environmental Sciences or MBA with 10-12 years of experience in SWM sector dealing with collection, procurement exp, transportation, processing of MSW, sanitary landfill, dumpsite remediation/capping, bio-methanation, composting and waste to energy etc.  2. Candidate should be essentially from TAS background besides having basic knowledge of technologies and processes related to municipal solid waste (MSW) management, and working environment at urban local body (municipality) level.   3. Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English.  4. Should have good knowledge of Finance and IEC and should be able to contribute towards capacity building of stakeholders, if required.  5. Some exposure in waste water/ water treatment is desirable but not essential.  6. Location of selected candidates will be Raipur and Chandigarh
