Job Dimensions :
Role highlights : HR analytics, core HR experience in designing and developing PMS framework, goal setting, learning & development, OD interventions. Would prefer candidates from the Human capital team of Big 4s and HR advisory firms
Purpose :
- Implement leading edge Human Capital Management projects especially around Learning and development and HR Analytics.
- Strong understanding of HR Processes, HR systems and underlying data is a big plus. Human Capital Management analyst responsibilities include using the business knowledge to develop and analyse policies, procedures, and programs that would support the organisation's human capital initiative.
Responsibility :
- Responsible for HCM Project delivery as per agreed SLAs
- Responsible for managing HCM project teams and ensuring all deliverables are met
- Support the HCM practice lead on various project deliverables by developing frameworks, process and tool implementation (an individual with strong talent process/ Organization Development experience - especially succession planning, Talent acquisition, talent review, and/or career development).
- Should be able to analyse large amounts of data and build HR Analytics dashboards and operational metrics
- Should be able to manage L&D projects end to end and demonstrate experience in needs analysis and content management for mid to senior level audience
- Responsibility for supporting Human Capital Management processes and ensuring data integrity.
- Maintains an awareness of the processes supported by HRIS systems, the data within the application and the flows to / from the Talent Management platforms and other systems.
- Provide support to HCM team members located in UK on various projects
- Owns and updates related documentation, and champions strong documentation practices.
Academic Qualifications :
Required : Graduate in any stream
Desired : Postgraduate - MBA in Human Resources
Experience :
Minimum 4-5 years work experience in BFSI / Consulting / Information Systems environment, working on Human Capital Management. Must be able to deliver results in a high pressure, quick-paced environment.
