Job Title : Info Risk & Security Analyst  Contract for 6 months to 1 year  Grade : Grade 1A  Reports to : Information Risk & Security Manager  Location : Mumbai  Scope of Role :  - Support IR&S BAU team with managing scanning of data shares across Pru UK & Capita,  - Support business with queries around remediation  - Track and managing orphan data shares  - Produce MI  Business Area :IR&S BAU   Key departments / areas of responsibility : Pru IT   Overall Job Purpose :  Work with UK based teams to schedule and support DLP scan for legacy data-shares, manage orphan data shares support the business with queries around the scanning and remediation and produce MI.  Typical Accountabilities/Responsibilities :  - Output from new data shares scanned to be sent to the relevant Data Share Owners   - Event analysis outcome, requests for remediation and reminders are sent in line with SLAs  - DLP Scans against Shares can be run in line with the agreed schedule and / or in response to ad-hoc requests from colleagues or IR&S management  - The ownership data for all Data Shares or related Files is discovered and maintained prior to being used for remediation   - Queries from Data Share Owners regarding the actions they need to take, and how to go about them can be handled to the satisfaction of all parties - DSOs, IR&S, PGDS  - MI is produced to highlight progress, issues, trends etc  - The Data shares mailbox is managed and queries answered.  - Run schedule maintenance (if business shape changes)  - Potential loading of ownership data into UAA (with IR&S guidance and support)  - Providing users with details of who has access to their shares   - Production of and upkeep of the Operating User Documents is also required, the document describes the work end to end and may be submitted to Internal Audit on request.  Key Interfaces (please detail purpose and level of contact) :   Internal :   - IR&S BAU team  - Pru IT   - PGDS  - Pru UK Business areas   Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Education Qualification Necessary :  Knowledge (desirable) :   - ITIL qualified.  - Experienced in working with UK stakeholders.  - Basic knowledge of IT- Networking  - Basic knowledge of how CRM tool works.  Skills :   - Provide support and guidance to any business led initiatives.  - Able to look at and understand processes and infrastructure   - Good facilitation, communication, negotiation and presentational skills.  - Ability to build relationships at all levels in the business.  - Ability to understand organisational culture and use this knowledge to gain commitment and get work done.   - Ability to provide support to and accept direction from colleagues in other areas.  - Remain effective in situations when responsibilities, tasks, priorities and / or work environment change significantly.  - Allocate high priority to customer satisfaction at all times.  - Broad knowledge of business conducted within Prudential UK, including PPMS.  - Be clear, concise and impactful when communicating with others.  - Ability to assess multiple options (including consequences) in parallel, while working on possible solutions.  Experience :  - 2yrs+ experience of working in a semi-tech customer service or support environment using NT infrastructure is required.  - Knowledge of PGDS/Prudential business is an advantage.  Education Qualification Necessary :  - Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline  Behaviours :  - Remains calm under pressure   - Accepts and drives change   - Ability and confidence to challenge responses provided if necessary  - Is self motivated, self disciplined, proactive and is an independent - self-starter-   - Is able to adopt a pragmatic approach to issues  - Is energised, keen and efficient  - Is creative in maintaining focus on service improvement and efficiencies  - Has a high attention to detail but at same time has the ability to present information in a clear and concise format.   - Has good influencing and negotiation skills  - Ability to operate in an ambiguous situation, providing clarity and direction where required.  - Has the ability to research complex issues without day-to-day supervision   - Flexibility on working hours to ensure deliverables and objectives of role are met
