Position: Senior Consultant/assistant Manager-oracle ERP Specialist

Job Description:

- The SC/AM has a primary responsibility to complete tasks assigned by supervisory personnel and for direct supervision of Consultants in executing projects relating to Oracle Applications and ERP reviews.

- The SC/AM has direct, client-facing engagement responsibilities.

- As a core member of the project team, the AM maps the business process to the ERP implemented and assesses the gaps therein, to provide recommendations in configuration / reports to mitigate risks. Through interaction with client and project team personnel, the AM develops professional relationships that contribute to exceptional client service.

- The SC/AM demonstrates the attributes of excellent client service and assists team members in developing technical and professional competency

Required Knowledge & Skills:

- Ability to develop and maintain effective client relationships and understand the clients business and project requirements.

- Have experience of 2 implementation cycle of various module of Oracle R12

- Understanding of business processes and technical skills to successfully develop effective solutions and complete project assignments.

- Prior project management and supervisory skills.

- Understanding of the importance of business ethics.

- Sound project management and job administration skills.

- Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to interact in a team environment.

- Excellent written communication skills & strong analytical skills.

- Must be able to maintain professional demeanor in times of high stress.

Required Technical Knowledge & Skills

- Understanding of business processes e.g. P2P, OTC, Finance Close etc.

- Understanding of internal control concepts.

- Understanding of customized reports configured in Oracle ERP;

- Experience in auditing Oracle ERP;

- Experience in security reviews of Oracle DB and OS would be an added advantage;

- Sound understanding of business processes and their configuration in Oracle;

Ability to Travel:

- Travel required based on client requests/commitments. Should have a valid passport and should be willing to travel

Educational & Professional Credentials:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in IT/Commerce / Business Management

- Chartered Accountant (preferable)

- 4+ years in Oracle ERP related services Implementation, pre & post implementation reviews, configuration gap assessment, Segregation of Duties review, Functional reviews etc. Expertise in 2 or more Oracle ERP modules .

- Professional Certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional would be an added advantage.
