We have a challenging opportunity for the role of Coordinator - Marketing. The role requires working with multiple internal clients on high visibility marketing communications and brand visibility campaigns. It involves interacting with senior business leaders and managing multiple brand communication and market positioning initiatives.  The candidate should be comfortable communicating with senior executives and business leaders in order to understand concepts and assist them in preparing marcom plans and drive their implementation. The role requires the candidate to work independently in managing internal stakeholder expectations, with professional approach to time, costs and deadlines. Ability to visualize creative ideas & write persuasive content.  He/ she should be dedicated and willing to put in efforts to meet diverse stakeholder expectations and project managing multiple marketing programs on as-needed basis.  Indicative deliverable:   - Translating technical information into succinct, engaging writing for multiple communication platforms, both print and online media  - Gathering and drafting content for in-house mailers and newsletters  - Anchoring social media that includes:  preparing posts and content calendar for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook  page management and analyzing effectiveness of campaigns  - Understanding branding requirements and editing content for marketing collaterals like brochures/ flyers, thought leadership publications like white papers, industry report, surveys, capability presentations with focus on putting together quality content   - Preparing client/ internal mailers for circulating though leadership publications and maintaining repository  - Supporting proposal development, presentations and various client communications  - Tracking competition to analyze marketing campaigns, new solution offerings and online media presence  - Researching on assigned topics/ themes as required for various marking deliverable through firm portal/ external sources   Desired experience & skills  - Experience of 2-4 years working in marketing and brand communications team   - Post Graduate Mgt. professional with experience in creating, executing, managing multiple facets of marketing communication campaigns   - Versatile writing skills for tailoring content to different audiences, including both in house and external stakeholders  - Familiarity of professional services and consulting firm environment and working with cross functional teams is favorable  - Ability to think strategically and determine what the messaging should portray and connect with teams to discuss the communication  - Research oriented with aptitude for quickly grasping technical concepts and using these for go to market activities  - Flair for writing with an understanding of what works various medium of communications  - Good knowledge of MS Office especially MS Word - Excel, Word and PowerPoint tools  - Accurately estimate delivery timeline with teams and ensure integrity, quality and accuracy of information provided in all communications  About Protiviti  Protiviti delivers deep expertise, objective insights, a tailored approach and unparalleled collaboration to help leaders face the future with confidence.
