Oracle Functional Consultant - IT Consulting   - We have a challenging opportunity opened up for the role of Senior Consulting in our IT Consulting practice.   - The Senior Consultant role in IT Consulting is mission critical and requires multi-dimensional capabilities.   - The primary job duties include Planning, scoping, developing, and leading projects, including developing work plans that comply with policies and methodologies for the IT related projects.  Key responsibilities :  - Candidate should have control testing experience in Oracle Financial modules: General Ledger, Oracle Federal Administrator, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Purchasing, iProcurement, Projects, Fixed Assets, Order Process Management (OPM), Order Transportation Management (OTM), Service Contracts, iSupplier, Supply Chain Management.  - The ability to map applications to standard business processes and conduct gap analysis.  - Good understanding of sub-ledger accounting (SLA), month-end and year-end closing activities in Oracle EBS 11i and R12  - Experience supporting all solution activities for one or more of the following process cycles.   - Order to Cash (O2C)  - Suggest improvements in business process and application configuration for Oracle Order Management (OM) and Accounts Receivables (AR) modules based on industry best practices.  - Detailed functional knowledge of Oracle Order Management (OM) and Accounts Receivable (AR) modules.  - Procure to Pay (P2P)  - Suggest improvements in business process and application configuration for Oracle Purchasing (PO), iProcurement (IP), and Accounts Payable (AP) modules based on industry best practices.  - Detailed functional knowledge of Oracle Purchasing (PO) iProcurement (IP), and Accounts Payable (AP) modules.  - Budget to Report (B2R)  - Suggest control improvements business process and application configuration for General Ledger (GL) modules based on industry best practices.  Desired Profile :  - 2 years+ or more years of relevant consulting or industry experience in a client delivery role with direct interaction with client key end users and business owners.  - 2 years+ or more years of experience working in teams and in a team environment, that is process-oriented and deadline-driven.  - Bachelors and/or a Master's Degree or equivalent.  - Candidate should be familiar with oracle access management such as role & responsibility creation.  - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications. Prior project management and supervisory skills required.   - Interpersonal skills to interact in team environment and foster client relationships  - Demonstrated understanding of the importance of business ethics and sound job administration skills  - Must be able to handle highly confidential information in a strictly professional manner  - Must be able to maintain professional demeanor in times of high stress  - Open to travel as per the job requirements.
