Experience:

- Total 4-5 years of experience into Recruitment. Consulting industry or Big4 experience is preferred.

Overall Responsibility:

- Strategizing hiring requirements according to business demands and ensuring that the needs are met on time and in the most cost effective manner.

- Work closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and to understand overall needs and requirements and device action plan.

- Create active pipeline for critical positions by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.

- Work with team to develop appropriate sourcing strategies for each role.

- Collaborate with vendor partners for managing the recruitment initiatives at the PAN India level, managing the existing relationships efficiently, articulating the current requirements in order to enhance sourcing effectiveness and ensuring success of the recruitment initiatives.

- Monitor the performance of placement partners. Ensure proper screening of profiles and interviewing the candidates in line with the business recruitment needs.

- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.

- Closing out offers for selected candidates, preparing offer letters and getting the candidates on-board within the stipulated timelines.

- Oversee and manage the recruitment process and lifecycle, including sourcing candidates conducting initial assessments, 1st line interviews and offers as well as coordinating the mobilization and onboarding process.

- Prepare reports on Recruitment updates for stakeholders. Maintaining record for total number of joiners/offers in market, hiring status (open/closed positions), break-up between tools used (employee referral, direct, agency etc.

- Provide reporting and regular status updates to Head HR and business leads.

- Completes tasks assigned with sensitivity to time and budget implications.

- Strong Interviewing Skills.

- Strong Inter personnel Skills.

- Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).

- Excellent presentation skills.

- Excellent time management skills.

- Must be able to maintain professional demeanor in times of high stress.

- Effective time and task management skills.

Educational & Professional Credentials:

- Post graduate/Graduate in any stream
