Description :

- The President is responsible for understanding the entire company in terms of its products and services, strengths and weaknesses, risks and opportunities, and general market and internal objectives and then crafting a business strategy to initiate the company's next phases of growth.

- The President will establish and perform tasks aimed at developing, communicating and executing the organization's overall direction and vision, and implementing the policies and procedures that allow that vision to be accomplished.

- The President will continuously evaluate the success of the organization and implement ongoing plans and strategies to ensure the business grows in-line with the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business.

- The President will assume a strategic, though-leadership role and spearhead the company's key internal and external business aspects including strategy development, revenue and profit growth, performance management, marketing communications and public relations.

- The President will oversee the complete operation of the organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans.

- The President will lead the business forward by keeping awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for growth and expansion, customers, markets, technology trends, new industry developments and quality standards.

Experience Requirements :

- Proven track record of managing Profit Center(s)

- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics

- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution

- Strong background in client engagement, contracting, negotiating, and change management

- Expertise in evaluating and re-engineering business processes and operations

- Experience in formulating policies and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures

- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and develop short and long terms financial plans, and manage financial and technical resources accordingly

- Knowledge of public relations principles and practices and experience in managing communication and public relation plans

General Skill Requirements :

- Ability to develop and deliver client presentations

- Ability to identify and secure funding / revenue sources

- Fluent and professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and interact with C-level executives and to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community

- Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage Profit Centers.

Principal Accountabilities :

- General Requirements

- Operate effectively as an individual and leader for efficient completion and execution of key deliverables

- Demonstrate complete awareness of latest technology trends, the start-up ecosystem, global markets and the competitive landscape

- Provide timely feedback to top management and consistently improve outcomes

- Knowledge of local labor policies, legal and company / business law of the land

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel

- Sales and Marketing Leadership

- Lead marketing endeavors in strategically chosen sales regions

- Direct the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans within the Company's budget

- Manage and control all sales and marketing activities across traditional and Web-based marketing options in strategically chosen sales regions

- Direct marketing team(s) in strategic marketing initiatives, managing all aspects of marketing including social media marketing, blogs, web content, SEO, SEM and SMM, marketing collaterals including case studies, white papers, brochures and PowerPoint presentations, MoUs, RFPs, Business Plans and other sales, marketing and pre-sales documents as required

Finance :

- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts

- Manage accounting, tax and legal compliances.

- Oversee the issuance of financial information

- Report financial results to the board of directors

Administrative :

- Direct administration department in all its activities.

- Implement the organization's guidelines on a day-to-day basis.

- Ensure members of the Board of Directors have the information necessary to perform their fiduciary duties and other governance and legal responsibilities.

Human resources :

- Direct all HR-related functions, such as recruitment, induction, orientation, employee development, retention, appraisal management, exits and feedback
