HR Talent Acquisition & Business Partner
( 80% Recruitment, 20% Generalist )
End to End Recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing and on boarding candidates
Screening: Shortlisting candidates sourced and validating them on their experience and interest on the role
Lateral Hiring: Identifying right candidates with required skill sets and experience
Hiring Inputs: Meeting hiring Managers/ Stakeholders to understand the staffing needs and niche skills profiles
HR Round: Conducting HR round for the selected candidates and negotiating salaries on company standards and recruitment budget limits
Vendor Management: Coordinate with various manpower consultants to procure resources and per business criticality and need
Ideal Candidate :
2 - 4 years of experience
Experience of front-line sales hiring & volume hiring
Open to local travel and shuttle and sit across branches in that city
