- At PropTiger are going through very exciting times and yet it's just a dawn for us. L&D team at Proptiger.com has seasoned Real Estate and Non - Real Estate Trainer who believe in not only imparting classroom training but also helping trainees achieve their goals.

- We in the L&D department lead from the front. We not only train people on Selling skills and soft skills but we also develop individuals into professionals.

- Creating and implementing structure for TNI & TNA.

- Developing and delivering soft skills/behavioral & developmental training content basis TNI.

- Meeting all behavioral & developmental training requirements of the organization.

- Implementing and monitoring Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for mid & senior levels.

- Implementing and monitoring Management Development Programs (MDPs) for Senior levels.

- Implementing and managing Assessment & Development centers for High Potential employees.

Apply If You Have :

- Minimum of 6 - 8 years of training Delivery experience

- You should have conducted developmental & behavioral training for mid to senior level profiles

- Should have received formal training on content development and instructional designing

- Have sound knowledge of Adult learning principles

- Should have good presentation skills

- Should have experience of running Assessment & Development centers

- Should have experience of creating and monitoring Individual Development Plans (IDPs/MDPs)
