Key Responsibilities:  - Achieves quarterly targets - Promotes/sells/secures orders for Data Analytics Solution and Research Consulting assignment reports to Developers, Real Estate private Equity players and financial institutions through a relationship-based approach and achieve quarterly target  - Conduct a minimum of 5 sales presentations per week by physical visits to customer locations. Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.  - Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization's products/services  - Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.  - Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.  Skill Set Required:  - Experience of consultative sales understanding client needs and proposing appropriate solution  - Resourcefulness and networking  - Excellent communication skills and pleasing personality  - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills  - High motivation and ambition
