Responsibilities:  1. Handle and guiding the Sales Team including all Sales Managers.  2. Assist the Team in Obtaining the Objectives and competently organize and execute the work.  3. Managing Sales in Residential Real Estate Services and Developing Marketing Strategies for achieving increased sales and overachieving assigned targets on quarterly basis.  4. Discussing new projects, coordinating and channelizing their efforts in order achieve increased sales and probability.  5. Establish client base of organizations, associations, social and corporate business through direct and indirect outside sales effort for the purpose of securing business for the company to ensure that predetermined sales expectations are met and exceeded.
