- Mass Hiring across all divisions , specially bulk hiring for Sales.  - Discussing the current openings and future openings with the Heads, Business Managers, and Regular Follow ups information and feedback sharing.  - End to End Recruitment activities, taking preliminary HR interviews and sharing feedback with team and business managers.  - Ensure that all positions are worked and closed as per TAT.  - Campus Hiring and coordination with the placement coordinators on their Interviews and joining’s and offer letter status.  - Salary Discussion with the Heads on the selected candidates for team and closing the offer and requirement.  - Ensure Background checks are religiously being done as per the BGV policy.  - To provide inputs and guiding the team members.  - Working on the Cost Effective Recruitment.  - Exploring new tools for effective sourcing and recruiting.  - Writing down JD’s for all the positions in consultation with the Business Managers.
