PFB the details:  Industry - H&PS   Skill: The person will be responsible for authoring proposals primarily for ‘Application Outsourcing’ and/or System Integration’ opportunities. This would also include providing support for proposal response efforts. Must Have: Extremely strong industry domain skills in any one of the key sectors - Financial Services, Communication Media & Tech., Resources, Products, Health & Public Sector "  - Should have significant hands-on experience in writing proposals for IT Services transactions worth more than $10mn in total value   - Should have worked in a multi-cultural environment outside of India in a sales support or sales enablement role   - Ability to take accountability for driving win rates for the proposals they are working on" Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills without a strong local accent "  - Experience in presales/proposal development function for deals primarily of Application Development and Maintt. - min. 5 years for TL level and 12 years for Manager level candidates   - Educational qualification - First Class BE/B.
