Summary:

- Candidate would be assisting the corporate structuring officer,

- Global co-ordination on property details and ensures compliance, Structuring Properties and preparing a desired structure for group, CSPM-s/w improvements and reporting, MIS, preferred experience on regulations, legal & secretarial compliance, taxation. Speak to consultants and arrive at probable solution.

- Structuring Real estate business, Farvision s/w implementation, improvements and reporting, preferred experience on Fema regulations, legal & secretarial compliance, taxation, MIS, accounting of projects.

- Growth strategy and recommendations in business. Speak to consultants and arrive at probable solution.

- Candidate should have excellent communication skills, reporting skills, should be good at regular follow up, coordinating with top management and should possess good analytic and reporting abilities.

Scope and impact of work:

- Impact on the Group Property structure and Real Estate structure which is presented to top management, investors, bankers.

- Required knowledge and Experience: Accounts, Finance, MIS and ERP software

- Related work experience: Preferred experience in the field of legal, tax and compliance.

- Formal education or equivalent: CA first attempt (2 to 7 years of exp)

Skills: Must have excellent verbal and and written communications skills and must be PC proficient, hands on with ERP system, Should be able to cope with pressure environment.

Corporate Compensation: Salary + accommodation + Food + Medical + Travel + allowance
