A large Qatar based real estate development organization has multiple positions in their Group development function (Corporate Planning, PMO and EPM) at the Headquarters level.

Project Management office.

- Must have PMP or Prince 2 qualifications with minimum 5 years of experience in delivering non-IT/business projects.

- Engineering degree with MBA from a reputed (A/A+) business school

- Ability to work and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Should have good experience in establishing PMO function and project governance mechanisms.

- Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on projects, programs and portfolios to senior management and board members.

- Practical understanding of Real estate development value chain.
