- Implementation in Telecom domain (with at least 2 projects implementation in Telecom)

- Able to define technical approach.

- Strong project management skills: ability to provide structure in dynamic problem solving situations

- Responsible for continuously monitoring the overall progress of projects

- Responsible for managing development team, liaising with Product, Architecture & QA team ensuring timely & quality delivery of product.

- Responsible for training and mentoring of the team and monitoring their performance throughout the project

- Implement standards & best practices for software development and ensure process compliance

- Willingness to handle both large projects and small tasks as needed.
