Working Experience

- 5 – 8 yrs preferably in Telecom, FMCG and BPO. Working in Project Management Office.

Job Description :

- Assist cross functional project team comprising senior resources to create project charter and scope documents for new M Commerce projects; establish standard templates for the same.

- Utilise globally accepted project management methodology and tools to create/maintain integrated cross functional project work plan, and obtain updates thereof

- Drive cross functional team to provide daily updates on project tasks

- Facilitate effective project issue and risk management

- Identify key project deliverables and help establish standard templates for the same; ensure reviews happen for each deliverable as part of the project management process.

- Enable project teams to adopt project management best practices

- Develop training programs for training cross functional teams on project management methodology and tools

- Conduct training programs by engaging with HR, vendor (and self)

- Establish and track project management process metrics and measures, in order to continuously improve process adoption/adherence and project management effectiveness, across a senior cross functional team

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum qualifications:

- BE / BTech

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) / Six Sigma / Green Belt.
