Project Manager - Startup

Responsibilities :

- Creating project/product roadmap

- End to end delivery management.

- Manage, report, and co-ordinate with key external and internal stakeholders of the project

- Ensuring timely and on budget delivery of projects through proper planning, scheduling and execution.

- Measure and monitor timelines, utilization, and profitability of projects.

- Lead and manage a team of developers, designers, testers and other professionals working on various web and mobile development projects.

- Gathering client requirements and translating them into technical and functional specifications

- Manage schedules, work assignment, status reports, project budgets, scope of work, milestones, risks, change control, resource allocation, etc.

- Responsible for completing projects within prescribed resource limits and in accordance with client requirements and company's standards.

- Responsible for developing conceptual system requirements and making the final determination on decisions throughout each project.

- Be able to identify opportunities and offer solutions or improvements.

- Create standards; implement processes and new technologies to continuously improve the

- Effectively communicate and manage client's expectations throughout the development process.

Must Have :

- B.Tech/B.E/ MCA/ MBA

- 4-6 years of Project Management, Client servicing and Product development experience.

- 2-4 years of experience in managing full SDLC of projects in travel domain, leading a team of 10 or more members.

- Have excellent team management, communications, people and written skills.

- Have excellent problem solving, organization, and time management skills.

- Experience in managing cross functional .NET/Mobile/Design teams will be an added advantage

- Have a proven track record as a Project Manager on medium to large Web and mobile Projects.

- Ability to demonstrate completed Projects and assert the roles played in these projects.

- Have solid technical understanding of the web technologies and solutions behind these projects.

- Have strong experience in creating websites and mobile applications that effectively sell products or services.
