Purpose of this position

The Management Services Group is IKYA Group's leadership pipeline building initiative. Job description

1. You will work directly with the Business Heads in each vertical to power them to the next level of growth and profitability

2. You will be parachuted into - special situations- ranging from SAP module implementation to post acquisition integration and will be need to bring your top game to the table - . every time

3. You will be responsible for charting and execution of the vertical business plan along with the Business Heads

4. You will spearhead IKYA's entry into new businesses, verticals and geographies. You will be required to bring out the depth in your operational and managerial skills as you plan and execute IKYA's entry into diverse markets, businesses and geographies

Qualification criteria

1. Education: MBA / Executive MBA program from Premier institutes like IIM, XLRI, SP Jain or IIFT

2. Years of experience: Pre MBA 2 - 3 years. Post MBA minimum 1 - 2 years

3. Industry specialization: Services

4. Annual Compensation: Rs 13 Lakhs to Rs 16 Lakhs
