Solution CoE Project Manager - ERP Release

Job Purpose :

- Reporting to the CoE Program Manager, you will be in charge of managing ERP release framework design, implementation and support as part of the CoE Projects Delivery team.

Your Responsibilities : (ERP, SAP, Release and Manager)

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

- Project Manager, ERP Release will be responsible for establishing ERP Release framework design, development and support release cycle of ERP solution in accordance with the global standards

- Responsible for ERP Release framework involving end-to-end implementation, roll-out and support projects from projects delivery to operations run

- Participate in PACT gate reviews to ensure transition compliance

- Liaison with CoE team globally to ensure release best practices adherence across projects implementation for local sites

- Work closely with the Projects Delivery teams to ensure PACT reviews and status reporting on-time for change release reviews, support with a robust release framework including usage of standard tools such as Charm for standardization of release process

- Establish release framework with metrics and defects reporting

- All projects delivery Maximize utilization of SAP Charm Solution Manager framework and/or standardize tools usage across AT delivery framework to ensure consistent release standards for

- Conduct weekly release status review, dashboard of the changes with release status aligned to the global release calendar

- Support decisions-making at Technical Review Board and Change Control Board

- Align with projects delivery, SI teams and solution operations teams

- Ensure traceability from the requirements by integrating quality tools via Solution

Manager :

- Conduct release reviews with the SI for compliance

Profile To be considered for this role :

- Graduated with a bachelor's degree, preferably in information technology, you have a strong ERP Release experience (minimum 8-10 years).

- You have also an experience of at least 3 full project cycle as team leader on your domain of expertise and a strong business process expertise.

- You demonstrate good communication and organizational skills (ability to meet deadlines). You are result oriented and show intellectual curiosity and creativity.

- Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an international environment and to face the challenges
