One of the Leading Multiple Business Format Fashion Retail group based in Dubai, UAE for the role of Project Manager - Retail Projects for its Footwear Business.

- The ideal person should be a B.Arch. (Bachelors Degree in Architecture) with 10 - 15 years of Interior / Retail Store / Building designing and Project Management experience, of which at least 3 years in a managerial capacity of leading independent retail project / site development projects, preferably in Large multiple business Retail formats in Footwear.

- The person would be responsible for participating in all retail project / site development phases from schematic design through construction including conceptual and detailed planning, designing, material specification, contractor evaluation and finalization, site supervision and control.

- The job holder will also be responsible for renovation and maintenance of existing stores with regards to any civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and carpentry works.

- The person should have the ability to meet the challenges of the Projects across the UAE and manage the team, can project plan and manage up to 4 / 5 new Stores at any one time.

- Excellent in Auto cad, experience of influencing vendors, shopping malls, Land lords etc.

- Has good Commercial acumen ie; has managed a large budget, can influence at board level and challenge and present with confidence.

- GCC (Gulf ) experience is preferred but candidates from very Large Retail Format can also be considered.
