Project Manager - Retail Banking

Looking for Project Managers with 9+ years of experience from Retail Banking space and should have handled international functional assignments.

PMP certification / Training is an added advantage.

Roles would include -

- Validate project Terms of Reference, establish a project governance and produce a well defined project plan, identifying the key milestones and assigning responsibilities/resources.

- Identify problems and implements solutions, making decisions based on sound rational judgment.

- Build strong relationships, adopting a joined up approach, to execute change at pace and with minimum conflict.

- Involve in change management
