Job Title : Project Manager (Regional Commercial)
Location : Gurgaon
Reports To : Head of sales transformation
Department : Commercial
Purpose :
- Support the implementation of commercial IT roadmap. Manage and sustain master data management platform for USL. Provide guidance to RPC MDM leads.
Areas of Responsibility :
Project Management :
- Work closely with Sales Transformation Head in Sales force effectiveness for initiatives entailing productivity, performance metrics, IT systems & processes
- Leads Project Management for SFA projects in a cross functional set up - experience in Business Analysis of vendor management and project management
- Design and Provide a selection of tools for Sales Managers and Sales Reps to raise effectiveness to world class standards
Continuous Improvement :
- Conceptualize and Supervise execution of distributor and channel capacity enhancement programs
- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement
- Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement
Stakeholder Management :
- Anchor Business Partnership with multiple stakeholders including IT, Commercial Business, HR, Finance teams for SFA Design & Adoption
- Conceptualize and manage key distribution and channel revamp projects; IT platform implementation, reporting analytics and process improvement
Project Governance :
- Audit effectiveness of process, programs and tools, and take necessary actions
- Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies

Qualifications :
Experience Required :
- MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institutes
- 10+ year experience with key stints in leading salesforce automation and sales effectiveness projects
