- Managing execution of all the implementation projects at sites in Chennai and rest of Tamil Nadu to deliver per design, on time and within budget
- Manage all interdependencies at the project site, be it clients, other vendors, our won sub- contractors
- Review critical activities and proactively identify and solve issues and remove bottle necks for the projects team at site
- Plan resources and effectively deploy them on site
- Plan weekly materia
