Position : Project Manager, Payments & Direct Channels

Location : Gurgaon

Minimum Academic Qualification : Post Graduate

Minimum Experience in relevant field : 4 years

Purpose :

- Person will be responsible for a full range of activities which ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business unit.

- Will need to evaluate possible business opportunities on the payments front including Card Acquiring & remittances.

- Innovation & implementation of possible new modes of payment

- Implementation of payment means in different user scenarios.

- Overlook the day to day running of payment projects.

- As a project manager, will lead a number of key projects for the business unit.

Work Experience

- Minimum of 4 years experience in relevant fields such as Banking, Card industry or Payment processing.

- Experience in Debit and Prepaid Card Issuing and Acquiring or Switch and payment gateway will be given preference.

- Basic experience working with Excel and developing and maintaining various analyses and reporting tools.

- Proven ability to bridge technology and business goal to innovate productive solutions to the required stake holders.

- Excellent communicator with emphasis on building strong relationships with IT and Operations personnel.

- Quick learner who can rapidly adapt to emerging technologies.

Additional Skills :

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
