Our Client is seeking a Project Manager who is willing to undertake new challenges/projects spread across different areas within operations. Projects would spread across Quality, Customer Service, Warehouse Management and Logistics and would require detailed study of existing process and driving process improvements to enhance them further. Length of exposure to each area may vary between 6-12 months depending on the project context.   Role would have a high exposure and understanding of how the back-end operations of an ecommerce company work. First assignment will be pre-decided based on candidate's interest and experience at the time of interview.  Educational/Professional Qualification:  - Degree in engineering from a reputed university  - MBA from top tier B-schools of India (IIM/ISB preferred)  - 2+ years of experience preferably in a consulting, analytics or operations environment  Skills Required  - Strong analytical skills - ability to crunch numbers and derive meaningful insights  - Strong Project Management skills - Detail oriented, output-driven and diligent individual  - Strong communication skills; fluent in English, multi-lingual is a plus  - Proactive service delivery attitude - willingness to stretch and do whatever is required with a - hands- on- /- can-do- approach  - Highly passionate, motivated and dynamic individual willing to work in an independent high-growth environment
