Key Skills : Project Manager

Objective:

We have an immediate opening for a project manager to join the team for Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in a very fast-paced environment. This right candidate will responsible for the project management throughout the entire project lifecycle, including project initiation/proposals, project delivery, business liaison / stakeholder management, post implementation review and project close out / handover.

Key Areas of Responsibility :

Operational:

- Producing project definitions to include validated functional requirements, scope, roles, responsibilities, budgets, timescales and resources

- Setting budgets and agreeing project time scales and deadlines with stakeholders.

- Keeping accurate administrative records of expenditure, accounting, costing and billing.

- Managing staff to ensure that all milestones are achieved within the agreed time frames.

- Ensuring effective quality control processes are in place to monitor deliverables produced.

- Responsible for identifying, analyzing, measuring and managing project risks.

- Track the project plan, Issues and communicate the stake holder on this status.

- Conducting regular impact analysis in order to assess the consequences of the project deliverables on other sections of the business.

- Creating the project dashboard and communicate it to the stakeholder

Educational Qualification :

- Engineering or Science Graduate (BSc/BS, B.E/B.Tech Computer Science)

Knowledge :

- Certified in any of the Project Management Courses (PMP preferred)

- Worked with PM tools like MS Project, Asana, Version One..etc

- Hands on with MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint.

Experience & Skills :

Mandatory Experience Required :

- Delivered projects on cloud computing and Mobile apps.

- Prepared and managed the project plan with related tracking tools.

- Managed projects of team size above 5 to 10 team members.

- Managed multiple projects at a time.

Essential Skills Required:

- Certified in PMP/Prince 2 PM courses

- Well versed with estimation technique and costing methodologies

- Good in mathematics and analytics

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Conflict management and prioritization skills.

- Good Presentation Skills

- Well-organized with attention to detail

Good to have Skills :

- Good in preparing project time management

- Good decision making skills

- Good in negotiation with stakeholders
