Job Description:

- Directed & supervised overall project and ensured proper execution of Electrical, Fire Detection & Protection system, Security systems like PA, Access, CCTV system, HVAC, Elevators and Plumbing works within stipulated time and cost parameters.

- A strategic planner with expertise in planning, executing & spearheading projects involving Site Administration and Resource Planning.

- Deftness in project monitoring and review of project schedules, ensuring cost control within budgeted parameters. Efficiently managed schedules for labours and machines to meet deadlines.

- Handled Contract management involving sourcing/ negotiation/ deal finalization with Contractors.

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with strong analytical, team building, problem solving and organizational abilities.

Profile Description:

B.E- Electrical Or Mechanical with 10 -15 years experience in MEP Profile in Building projects.

Note: Interview would be held in Delhi after short listing.
