Responsible for leading and managing engagements or individual projects of a global program. Typically reports to the client and company practice manager responsible for the engagement. Leads teams of other consultants and/or client personnel and is accountable for their output and delivery.   DUTIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY  Responsible for project delivery, resources, timelines, schedules, financials and client satisfaction. Proactively manage scope and scope changes.   Analyze customer's business requirements and application objectives and develops solution's project. Manage delivery issues and risks and creates mitigation strategies.  Manage all project administration activities (time recording, invoicing, status reporting, project reviews, resource management) on a timely basis.  Take a lead role in minor sales cycles and participates in major sales cycles.  Actively position software and services with client.  Create proposals, statements of work or work orders for smaller opportunities.  Keep the funnel accurate on his/her projects and customer engagements and ensures project documentation is stored in internal company project repositories Other duties as assigned  REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:   The minimum education, training and/or experience required to perform this job.  Education/Licenses: Bachelor's degree; graduate degree preferred. CAPM or PMP certification, Product positioning certification/training.   Experience:   Minimum 7-10 years of ERP implementation OR minimum 5 years of consulting or 10 years of other work experience.   In addition, minimum 1 year of QAD project management or 3 years of non-QAD project management.  Computer skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, Visio, Powerpoint and Google technology  Other knowledge or skills:   Understands both the tangible aspects of running a project (project planning, budget management, task management, etc.) and the intangible (client relationships, people management, risk mitigation, etc.). Understands the overall .   Documentation is clear, concise, written to the audience's level and leaving little room for questions. Able to deliver strong presentations to larger audiences. Ability to build business relationships; effective verbal and written communication skills.
