Project Manager - Interior Design (8-10 yrs)
- Shall review and fine tune the tender documents for interior packages from Architects / Consultants.
- Shall review the construction methodology of the interior works.
- Shall review the interior design / drawings in constructability point of view.
- Shall manage the completion construction at site for interior package.
- Shall be responsible for the interior quality / safety and timely completion for interior package.
- Review with interior contractor for progress / quality / clarification on interior packages.
- Shall coordinate with clients / contractor / architect / consultant with respect to interior package.
- Shall prepare weekly / monthly report with respect to interior package.
- Finalize the materials / mock ups with architect/ consultant / Clients.
- Monitor the project schedule for the interior package inline with master schedule.
- Shall review the BOQ and Specification related to interior package and fine tune for cost efficiency / faster construction.
- Shall prepare necessary compliance towards local statutory as well Government regulation.
- Shall submit the necessary cash flow statement, cost control sheet, quality audit reports to the management as required
