We have an opportunity for Project Manager - Infrastructure Automation Tools for one of our client in Bangalore.

Job Decsription

Roles and Responsibilities

- Creating and defining Program structure, Program Governance plan, Communication plan and associated processes

- Planning and executing projects/ Programs within accepted scope and constraints

- Proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action

- Managing communications with all stakeholders effectively, ensuring project goals are met

- Managing the program's budget, ensuring on time and within budget delivery, in accordance with the program plan and governance

- Reporting the progress of the program at regular intervals to the stakeholders at all level

Required Skills

- Experience in delivering the full scope of IT infrastructure coordinating 20+ technical teams in Matrix environment.

- Experience in delivering IT projects following formal project management methodologies and tools. Certification: PMP, Price2 required

- Prior experience in managing global projects/ programs preferable.

- Excellent soft skills - Ability to manage challenging stakeholders / customers and achieve project objectives required.

- Ability to run projects remotely with stakeholders, technical teams and deliverables in multiple locations around the world

- Make it happen attitude

- Should guide junior Project Managers in PM process and methodology.

- Project/Program Management in IT Infrastructure domain.

- Hands on in IT Infra transition and Migration projects, ITIL Certification would be an added advantage

- Other skills include: Risk Management, procurement management, Analytical skills, communication, negotiation skills etc

- Stakeholder management experience

- BE/BTech/ MCA in Computer Science/ Electronics or similar field
