Project Manager - HR Transformation & General Projects for an MNC Bank in Hyderabad.

Role Purpose :

HR Transformation team is part of HR Business Support that facilitates optimal performance of functional and Operational HR teams through required HR solutions along with strategic support to Service Delivery and Software Delivery. It also helps standardizing processes and approaches as per Group Operating Plan.

Team delivers solutions to business problems faced by the HR function in the region. Deployment of global programmes into the regions and manage their impact. Awareness of the group strategy and the challenges and risks that the group faces, understanding how this relates.

Primary responsibilities with respect to all categories of HR Transformation may include

- Execute Transformation projects within HR.

- Aligned to HR strategy and local regulatory/compliance requirements

- Own assigned HR People Transformation programme deployment roadmap.

- Responsible for the successful delivery of HR projects

- Build & maintain business relationship with Central work-stream and Regional Transformation teams.

- Accountable for monitoring, tracking and resolving project risks

- Participate in Project Management Committee.

Education & Experience :

- MBA with 7+ Years of experience in Project Management on the Business side in driving HR & General Projects like Banking. Should have functional HR knowledge driving HR Project Management on a global scale and worked on HR Programmes/ Transformation Projects to a certain extent.

HR Generalists or HR Managers or HR Specialists are not suitable.

- Experience of leading Transformation projects at a Project / Programme level

- Experience in delivering strategic Project management activities, being able to influence a complex and diverse stakeholder environment

- Strong analytical background and proven ability in analytical rigour, including being able to contextualise data into business activities and conclusions

- Strong understanding, analysing, interpreting and working with information (both financial or non-financial) and variance reporting

- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors

- Proven ability to develop strong networks with key stakeholders at all points in the global matrix, creating an ability to execute task at hand with minimum conflict.

- Desired PMP Certified/Trained or Certified Six Sigma Black Belt

- Should have successfully managed Multi Country program individually

- Sound knowledge of Project Management concepts, methodologies, tools and processes

- Sound knowledge of change management theory and methodology.
