Project Manager - Healthcare/NGO (5-10 yrs)
We have been retained by our client i.e. a leading global health organization with operations over 60 countries.
The organization is headquartered in Washington DC. It has been operating social marketing program in India for over twenty years.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the work plan; ensure timely execution of business support needs from both India and Washington, DC
- Write monthly investment updates; quarterly, and annual reports
- Serve as the liaison between the India office and the Regional Support Team/Global Services in Washington, DC.
- Mentor national staff on project planning and management
- Contribute to appropriate information sharing, dissemination, coordination and communication on project updates, innovations and achievements
- Ensure documentation of changes in strategy; capture lessons learned.
The incumbent will be a post graduate in a relevant subject (MPA; MBA) or equivalent experience in related field with minimum 5 years international work experience including experience in project management.
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite; ERP systems (Quick Books Enterprise, Lawson, etc.)
Experience of working as part of a social enterprise will be preferred.
