We are looking for Project Manager for one of our esteemed client in Fire Security & Safety industry. Below is the detailed Job Description for the same.

Job Purpose:

- Responsible for overseeing the projects from inception till the completion of the project; and ensuring profitability across projects.

Position:

We are seeking for a dynamic individual to be Projects Manager reporting directly to the GM - Operations

- The job incumbent would be managing the projects across locations.

- He shall be responsible for the developing and executing the project plan &. Execute the same through project engineers.

- He should have a sound knowledge of financials and cost management. He must be able to work closely with the Directors and staff to promote an open, inclusive environment that emphasizes cooperation and teamwork with a minimum of ego.

- Fit within a broader organization with a strong brand and culture is essential. In addition, he will be bright, diplomatic, analytical and of the highest integrity.

Role:

- He shall focus on managing the existing & new projects, including the functions of Projects & Design.

- To optimise the resources and ensure timely completion of projects; build the brand and ensure that the existing & new customers- targets in terms delivery, quality and cost are being met.

- Initiate Plans, processes, systems which minimize cost through effective at all the plants and utilization of manpower, machines, facilities, material & capital.

- Oversee company's operation to ensure efficiency, quality, service and cost effective management of resources.

- Improving profitability of the projects.

- Lay down and implement SOP's for all project management activities

- Benchmark with international standards, Lead, and establish initiatives for improving quality across the organisation (quality systems, certification)

- Identify the quality gaps and ensure corrective actions, working towards raising the standards.

- Ensure the integration/transfer of knowledge especially in the technical areas of product and process development.

- Empowering the team in participating and carrying out trainings internally & 3rd party if required.

Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent leadership Quality.

- Management and team-building skills, including the ability to build and mentor a high performance team and manage the projects efficiently.

- Good Execution Skills

- Techno - commercial Knowledge

- Client Management

- Knowledge on relevent NFPA codes, National Building code, IS standards etc.

- Ready to travel pan India.

Qualification: BE/ME with 7 - 10 years of experience.
