Project Manager - FinTech Startup

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

The other key responsibilities will be as follows:

- Interacting with senior management team to understand the planned goals

- Discussions with the product team to understand the projects, priorities and deliverables

- Co-ordinating with project execution teams, viz. engineering, support, operations and research

- Ensuring continuous and timely execution and delivery of products and features Ensuring adherence to policies and defined processes

- Measuring progress and performance to report key metrics to all stakeholders

Candidate Profile:

- At least 5 years experience of actively managing projects

- Experience and expertise in having followed and driven Agile methodologies Familiarity tools like JIRA, MS -Project Certified PMP or similar qualification

- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector

- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
