Project Manager - eCommerce (3-6 yrs)
Client: Leading eCommerce site
Looking for full time MBAs from tier 1 campuses only.
Includes about not limited to:
- Define a project and track it to its closure
- Drive cross-functional teams to completion of project delivery
- Identify, coordinate and manage RAIDS (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) in projects
- Monitor and report on progress of projects to stakeholders
- Liaise with various departments including but not limited to Customer Experience, Seller Experience, Logistics, Product Management and Category
Must have skills:
- Planning and organizing
- Influencing and leading
- Negotiation and conflict management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Stress tolerance
- Context-switching
- Positive attitude
- Need no external push to be motivated
Good to have skills:
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Experience in project management
