Position : Project Manager Culture Audit

Job Responsibilities:

The role involves exceptional conceptual skills and knowledge of HR practices, as well as, strong project management skills.

- Culture Audit©* for the Best companies Study : Implement and refine the people practices analysis process for India's Best Companies to Work For - Study and ensure quality of the analysis process

- Associate Development and Management : Develop and coordinate with Associates who are involved in this analysis. Certification of Associates involved in analysis.

- Quality Assurance : Monitoring of the entire analysis process, and audit analysis done by Associates to ensure zero errors in analysis.

- New Product Development : Developing new product offerings e.g. On site Culture Audit©, People Practices Workshop and Research projects

- Team Management : Coaching, supporting and monitoring operations team for the workplace culture assessments done by the best workplaces study team*

Reporting : Creating and maintaining MIS reports.

- The Culture Audit© is the proprietary tool used by the firm ® Institute to assess, audit and identify gaps that exist between people management policies and practices, how employees experience those practices, and the effect they have on workplace culture.

- Culture Audit© moves beyond HR policies and practices, and tries to understand how the day to day practices of line managers who manage people are aligned with what HR policies aim to promote.

- Culture Audit©, used in conjunction with the institute's proprietary employee survey, the Trust Index©, highlights connects and disconnects between robustness of people practices and actual employee experience as highlighted by the employee survey.

Education and Experience Required:

- Masters / Post Graduate Degree specialising in Human Resources

- 4 to 5 years of experience preferably in HR process consulting

- 25 - 35 years of age

Competencies Required:

- Conceptual knowledge of people practices

- Practical knowledge of implementing people practices

- Time Management - Ability to plan and organise work and multitask.

- Analytical/ Planning and organising - Ability to ensure culture audit© of 300 organizations within defined time frame.
