Roles and Responsibilities:  Project Planning: To ensure proper planning of smooth project flow which includes scope planning, Material planning and resources planning so as to achieve deadline.  To ensure the correctness of drawings by ensuring proper coordination amongst the various consultants. (Architecture, Structural, Plumbing, BMC etc)  Project Execution:To innovate new ideas or suggest / insist possibilities for speedening up of the work effectively.  To ensure that requisition for material, drawings, contractors are raised well in advance & met in time.  To ensure project execution as per quality parameters.  Cost Control & Monitoring: To ensure that fixed assets at site are not misused, mishandled and used to its optimum usage (pumps, computer, telephones, lifts, walkie talkie, fax machines, lab equipment set at site).  Project Closeout:To ensure that project handover is done as per the set dead line, and to ensure that possession brochure is duly signed by customer   Meeta
