Role & Responsibilities:

Responsible for site operational activities in areas of PT Building, Structural fittiings And Ground Anchors.

Establish Project parameters including start and co constraints and budget allowances.

Project Deliverable based on client's requirements.

Establish Project Milestones and Managing Project Overheads

Augment vendor base by developing more competent, committed, loyal, efficient, reliable, ing all statutory registrations - A trusted Supply Chain

Ensure and implement Cost Control Measures at all construction sites.

Contracts administration and control - reconciliation, consolidation and reporting.

Consolidation and reconciliation of customer accoun debits/credits, arbitrations and legal cases.

Implementation of technical and site practices or protocols (custom and culture),Macro planning for projects (resources) and allocation (assets)

Site Vigilance and Project Audit practices- Mandatory, Random.

Customer Analysis, Customer Accounts reviews, studies and survey.

Day to today resources planning (Men, Materials and Machineries)

Report preparation (daily report, stressing report, Installation report and grouting report)

Co-ordinating with Clients and Supervisors for day to day activity

To follow / supervise schedule

Responsible for Managing Supervisors, Foreman and workers. Will be responsible for overall site activities.

Knowledge & Skills:

Knowledge: - Post tensioning work knowledge preferably in PT Buildings. - Structural fitting and Ground Anchoring knowledge required. - Separation of elongation and force calculation of the PT tendons - Quality and safety systems of PT works Skills: - Good Communication Skill - Planning and coordination - Effective quality checking - Excellent Time Management to finish the work scheduled on Time
