We are looking for Project Manager for our FMCG client to handle their large scale residential project

Education: B.Tech / B.E from NITs or Best Colleges and MBA from reputed Institution

Experience: 12 to 15 Years

Package: 22 Lakhs & Above

Should be well versed with National Building Code, applicable IS codes for civil construction, Fire safety regulations and other common regulatory norms.

Experience in LEED / GRIHA certified projects and/or Quality certified projects is preferred.

People from Project Management Compahies like JLL, DTZ, Mott Macdonald. Large corporates like Tata Housing, Godrej Properties, TVS housing, L&T (project management only), Shobha, Mantri, RMZ etc. Proven track record of working in high quality residential projects and with high level of complicance with corporate governance processes.
