Project Manager - Construction (10-11 yrs)
REQUIREMENT - Project Manager
Minimum Educational qualification - B.E In Civil Engineering.
Experience - 10 years experience in construction industry.
Experience in managing residential, commercial building projects.
- Experience in contracting/negotiation and vendor management.
- Experience in site management and quality.
- Experience in cost estimations and commercial proposals.
- Experience in Government approval processes, for construction from various government agencies.
Software skills - Familiar in MS office package (Word, Excel, Power Point, CAD /CAM design packages )

- Relationship Building
- Construction Drafting
Candidates from Southern India, preferably from Tamil Nadu would be preferred
